anyway, to celebrate the potentially great news of the "villain" leaving, would be nice to have one of qprdave's famous party smileys.
      nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

Appreciate that mate. Not saying for a second that this whole shambles of a season is down to him, but he has to take his share of the blame, as well as the players, Hughes, two sets of coaching staff and the owners.

Thing is, when he comes out with stuff like the team he put out today would struggle in the Championship, it does sort of beg the question, "Why pick it then?"

Totally agree. He was blaming the pitch the other week ffs. Seems alright for other teams to play on & beat us every week!!

I just don't get the bloke. I mean who in their right mind would play a fully fit Zamora, let alone an injured one.

Not sure what the reasons for him hanging around are either, if he thinks it will be a difficult task getting us straight back up.

I hope he's off to a side in Turkey on the border with Syria! There's a QPR branch in Syria who are not happy bunnies at the moment!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

                      I would imagine that

                      a) He looking for a decent budget for new players, and saying we'll bounce straight back would hamper his chances of that
                      b) Lowering expectations for next season and therefore if we don't do well, he's shown to be correct, and there was nothing even he could do to prevent the terrible performance. If we do do well, he's 'Arry the Miracle Worker, proving everyone wrong with his mad motivational and wheeler-dealers skillz.
                      c) Once more re-iterate that the team he managed for over half the season was beyond repair when he got here, and there was never anything he could have done to keep us up.

It's threads like this that make me so happy the nightmare of a season is almost over, this is the worst one I can remember, there hasn't been anything positive to post about for over 2 months, our last win FFS!

I think thats spot on.....i think there's far too much knee jerking (if thats a word) going on here. Whats the answer?..what or who do people want? Steve Cotterill?..Schteve Maclaren ? No one can
guarantee success.....were you all asleep during the first 3 years of Flav's sack fest?...i mean reign. Changing the manager changes everything at the club.
