Of course as fans we should ,wherever possible, take control. Do you think Bosingwa will go if we all sit on our hands and be apologist for him and the other wasters.

Booing by fans is probably the ONLY way we can empower OUR club and take back OUR identity , this is important, if we do not make it HELL for the wasters they will stay and will ,in the end, cause our club to fail . The revolution needs to start with the fans

Some on this thread need to remember, he is one of the root causes of our problems, dont apologise for him you are letting yourselves down.

this is a backwards mentality, we should support the team... our fans have been too quick this season to jump on the players, and the atmosphere DEFINITELY affected them. but i guess this expectation comes when u sign a bunch of 'superstars' and tyalk it up in the press

either way we've got to be the biggest bottlers in the league.

We supported right until the relegation was confirmed, now is the time to let our feelings be known and not worry about a few short term performances.

Really? Not where I sit mate. Players have been hammered from day one in the season until today. Swp, Hoilett, Park, Granero, Mbia, Green, Bosingwa all getting spells of being abused by the crowd. I actually think we have some really sh!tty 'supporters' if I'm honest. As someone else said earlier in the thread legends like Furlong & Helguson were getting the same treatment way back yet the same simpletons will tell you now how great they were.

                    Scapegoats plain & simple.

Yeah too right, I think we have been pretty good all season in spite of the heartless, soulless performances for almost all of it.

I think people were entitled to give Bosingwa abuse today, it's not the fact that he made the mistakes it's the fact that he thinks we are beneath him, and that he doesn't have to bother trying. People sing Mackie and Derry's names not because they are hugely talented, but because they try, that's the bare minimum that people expect.

I know it seemed harsh, but pretty sure Unibrow won't be losing any sleep tonight over it.

We certainly are long suffering fans. You can sometimes best support the team by barracking useless players when a game is lost or the season's over. Booing Boswinga was more than OK today, but booing him against Villa away would have been unforgivable. That's why he was booed today, but not against Villa. Same with other players at other times.

Yea Jamie Mackie gees the crowd up & runs into a crowd of players every week instead of passing. Love seeing that. Yawn.

I get your point but you do not know Jose Bosingwa as a person nor do I but I know from watching him every game he has had a lot of good games I can't say the same for some of your heroes who are consistently sh!t. My opinion.

Not my heroes at all, I said they are not that talented, they just show respect to the club and the supporters by actually trying.
