Don't want to wait till next season we could be in the same position as this and it will be to late, if we have to get another manager in, because I think Redknapp is not going to produce.

His decisions are baffling at times.
Why did he start Mbia instead of Derry today?
What is his problem with Fabio?
Why is he picking Hoillett?
Why bring back Bosingwa?
Whatever about the mess Hughes left us in, Redknapp has done a poor job. Has he actually improved any players since he came in?
He had 20 million to spend in the transfer window. Think about that for a second..20 mil!!! If the squad lacks so much quality as he said then why spunk all that money on 2 players? He could have got 4 or 5 and improved the squad throughout but that's not his way..he has to be flash
Redknapp has failed so far, time to shut up blaming everyone else and have a look closer to home.
I think we should definitely stick with him but its time to start taking responsibility and show some guts

Next season will be a completely clean slate......forget about this season, no more post mortems now, it's tedious.
Lets all look forward to the upcoming Championship campaign, see what Harry does with the team, and who he brings in, and then give him a fair crack at the Champs, and then judge him if need be.......pretty sure next season will see many changes for the better and we'll be able to give it a good go. Bring on The Championship!!!....Personally really looking forward to it............! Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

picking that p rick Bosingwa is a kick in the ****** to Rangers fans, I'm in the Harry camp, but the close season and the opening half dozen games will give the answer, is he the man?I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

some people need to get things in perspective. We are down......we have players that have no wish to be here......we might have someone who will not
bring us back up as manager, ...but calling for his head because he couldn't save unbalanced, uninterested, untalented team that someone else put together and failed also, is ridiculous.
Apart from the fact we have a manager at the helm at the moment who is probably one of the 5 top british managers in the country ( yes i will say that as he finished 5 th with Spurs)
we have imo a manager who can attract talented players young or old. I will of course have to wait and see until the summer if this is as accurate as i think, but i'm confident he can.
We also have to stop sacking managers the same as slagging players off before they've even kicked a ball.
Deepcut you say he's had long enough to impose his will on those players....well 2 things they're not his and we know about the factions in the dressing room, we've heard what players
are like, Mbia (who i have backed) comes out with "i want out tweets" before the season is finished, they're are some very selfish greedy ba*tards in this squad.
Silver you say he'll be off at the drop of hat, so he must have something about him as a manager if you think he'll be getting offers?
Season's been over for us ages ago .......i just wish the bl**dy games were too......

Another managerial change isn't the answer in my opinion. The board are behind Harry and he says he wants to stay so we need to get behind that. Personally I don't think you can blame Redknapp for failing with our squad. We are desparetely short of options in key positions and lacking leaders on the pitch!

I'm not for one second excusing the players performances or attitude, but I do think Redknapp has under-performed badly.

I never wanted him for the England job and i never wanted him for the QPR job! his team selections are poor (proved!), his tactical sense is poor (i thought he had lost it at spurs when he was talking 4.4.2 & 4.3.3 & 4.4.1.1 every interview he had, but no its because he really doesn't know!) he has no thoughts for the fans (picking those players that don't want to be at the club!) ...... he doesn't want to be at OUR CLUB! its all about him! he wont except any of the blame for us going down but he could have got players in January! Remy was the only fit striker at the club and yet he still loans out DJ ..... if we are not near the top after 20 games he will be gone (if he hasn't already) i will say now (my opinion) Karl Robinson or Eddie Howe (if they would come!) would do the job for us!.

Judge the man on his own team
He's had 6 months, and a transfer window. He's had time to manage the team he has, like every other manager does when he starts a new job.
We've still been ****e, and he's not done as well as we expected.
He may do brilliantly next year. That doesn't mean he hasn't been poor so far.
