    Ahead of his side's visit to QPR on Sunday, the 51-year-old believe the Magpies' season could have been very different had the France international signed for them in January

    Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has admitted his disappointment at missing out on the signing of France striker Loic Remy in January.

    The 26-year-old was due to sign for the Magpies during the last transfer window but instead joined QPR after being offered improved terms by the London club.
