I suppose the thought of at least 50 large @ the end of the week must ease the embarrassment

PS thats not me in my Avatar wearing colours !

PPS Matty don't ' tolerate the bullies' make sure you are wearing the 'full kit' Sunday I'm in the mood for some proper hooped covered wobbly belly man hugs , I might dig out my Guinness top and see if we can persuade Vespa to wear his 82 top for a right messy 3 way hug ......

"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I'm not into wearing shirts but got a couple of the recent training t shirts to go running in and they are quality. However looking at pictures of the Leeds game does make me proud with a sea of hoops.

Ditto , same as you TBlock never worn them myself, but they do look impressive ......... Maybe all us scaredy cats should stop being so vain !

Also have brought some 'training' tops but never actually trained in them ! Found a nice dark blue LOTTO one in the wardrobe last week , still in the club shop bag , brought a XXL but it looked like a dark blue spray tan !

WEARE is right, most grown men don't look good in skin right hoopz

I see no reason not to wear a shirt on match days as this is what they are for surely ?? but what gets me is grown men and especially aged 40 upwards constantly wearing them on holiday day and night, and you can bet its mostly the british who do it,why ?? I can accept you may support a team like we all do and worn once maybe in the day,but everyday ? and again at night ? totally embarrassing !!

Each to their own but not my thing. Great for the kids but think you should grow out of it by about 14.

as rocs said each to their own...i think it is really who you went with and what you were involved in..obviously ,in my younger years, i was a member of the 'rowdies' and a pristine new home 'guinness' top was just not the attire allowed..'barmies' or 'scarfers' as they are known are the wearers of the club regalia but i own ten qpr tops in concourse condition....and in my 'single' days (im now happily engaged to one of the most beautiful women...no...most beautiful women ive ever met, ) i would always try to get my conquest to wear my ' bowles' or 'marsh' qpr top in bed.......til some chubby bint from teddington chorred the 'marsh' one as i slept on her way out in the morning!
                    you know nothing john snow!!!!

Why is it 'generally' only fat people that wear them as well?! The sight of hoops stretched over a fat gut is just frightening.

well eysie i think most 'body mass challenged' blokes were onviously useless at most sports bar darts or sumo therefore never got to wear a sporting strip for real!

More annoying than fat blokes in football shirts, is 20+ age ladies in rugby tops frequesting pubs in Clapham or Richmond during 6 nations or World cup.
