helguson for all his critics is a good player.. always in the right place at the right time..may not run his socks off to chase balls down but he is 2nd best striker currently.

As has been said on another thread, Helguson did have 'it' but whatever 'it' is... he's lost. 6 goals in 23 games is not really what we want and for a guy who I believe to be on big wages at the club is not good enough. Really wouldn't be upset if he went.

Just wondered what you base this on, as far as i can make out, Pellicori has played 83 minutes of football so far (with a further 25 minutes in a cup game), surely far too early to make a judgement!

i would say pellicori looks a decent enough signing. not a goalscorer but should be a good addition
