You can't expect a striker to make up for an awful defence (as has been the case in Bristol / Peterborough's seasons). Gayle and Baldock have both scored plenty of goals in that division. Anyone watching Harry Forrester at Brentford at the moment?....Direct, shoots, great flat deadball deliveries, ....don't know if it's a one off but i suspect with the season they've had it could be the norm. There's a defensive cm too who's everywhere breaking up play dicorurga...or something like that

of course,one player doesnt make a team and we shoudn't rule out a player just coz he was in a side that went down..but perhaps it might be worthwhile looking more at players who just miss out on promotion?Last edited by blueboy; 06-05-2013, 05:34 PM.
