Pretty much ending his career, what is he now 33/34?

32, and another crock to have to pay huge wages whilst being stuck on the sidelines for an entire season. The alternative is for him to not have the op and play on semi-fit and just maintain the injury, but risking long-term damage to his hip. Much harder to do that in the Championship though with the amount of games.

I don't understand why we needed to buy two Fulham rejects, we knew this would happen.

Because Harry seems to think he can hold the ball up better, which is true when he's fit. I doubt he'll persist with him next season though. He needs putting out to pasture.

He don't need the op anymore he said that in yesterdays programme so hopefully we get him fit pre season and he comes out firing as he did for Hammers when they went up.

Also said he wants to stay if the club want him

Good(ish) news. I suppose he cd do a job in the championship. Can't Jordan coach an eye for goal into him?

I think he's made of rubber. Absolutely everything bounces off him.

Will be a nightmare starting next season with him up front. I notice now also he doesn't bother jumping to win headers he just kind of raises himself up on his feet. Get rid & get a young hungry pacy player for next season.

That can`t be true....look at the way he´s playing. I reckon both legs, both feets and prob his head.

Strange one...needed it for so long......and then - not needed. What happened? Was he possesed and cured by exorcism?

8-10 months out I'd heard, I can't actually understand why he's still being played. He should have been sent straight for his operation after his sending off, or at the very latest after it became mathematically impossible to stay up!
