I want a passionate young(40~49) manager who can seriously love and care about QPR and lead us to promotion.

Harry is meant to me a "man manager". Someone who gets the best from the talent pool at his disposal. We have a better talent pool than some clubs that have stayed up and he most certainly has not got the best out of them.

I don't know what his record is like in the Champ...can't recall.

I think it is not helpful changing managers again though, as more time means he can do things his way more and hopefully get it right, but he has had enough time to do better at QPR than he has.

If harry can rustle up some players in the same mould as townsend and jenas i think he'll get us back up

Even If we don't go up next season, I can't blame Harry. It's not easy to build a team from scaratch of overpaid players! Need 2-3 years.

Not his fault, the players started to give up after the Villa game!

Add to that the fact he doesn't seem to know his best team and I am seriously worried, another poor season and our owners could think this football lark is not for them.

yes bbut you'd expect some improvement and there's been none. I do get concerned about how the younger players hoilett and diakite have developed under both managers + their staff. These 2 players have gone backwards.
