  • Faurlin

Tony Fernandes has just said on London Call In that they have had meetings with Faurlins agent and Faurlin is determined to improve his fitness and be back next season. TF mentioned he is very happy with this news and acknowledged how big a part Faurlin played in our promotion.

TF also said that Samba is meeting tomorrow with HR about his future. Taarabt will be meeting with the club this week as well. And finally he said that Granero has expressed he is eager to stay next season.

Great news!! Hopefully Samba and Taarabt stay too, Samba will be a rock for us, with a full pre season to get himself fit. We all know what Taarabt can do. Jury's out on Granero for me.

Be interesting to see if Faurlin and Granero play together again, they bossed the Spurs away match for the first half and linked up well against Chelsea at home.

If Ale gets back to his old self they could be a great partnership.

Middle three of those two as ball players and a third man sitting as the enforcer (Mbia maybe) would be good great combo

This has made me really happy. Ali wants to play for QPR. I think Ali is unbelievable talent. This is the type of player we want at Queens Park Rangers.

This has really made my week
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

Think we might see more 4-4-2 with Taraabt Faurlin Granero and Jenas as starters.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

My exact thoughts. I read earlier in the season that he was looking for a permanent move away but I am so happy that, that isn't true

By the sounds of it Ali's agent is a *** but you can't have everything. Ali's heart is the most important thing

Seems like a lot of you are repeating the same things as you said last summer that a Granero+Faurlin CM will do well in the EPL like the last 12 months didn't happen.

Tbh I enjoyed watching them when they play. Tottenham away was brilliant.

Especially when they both gave away a goal each

Individual errors. Doesn't mean they don't play well together.

Sounds delightful, another season of no goals to cheer on as we've decided to play a midfield who don't create or score many. I couldn't be more excited.

As Bayern showed last night, tippy tappy is on the way out. I'd rather us bring in a couple of wingers like the good old days.

Individual errors which cost us the match
