  • Taarabt still needs to change, says Keith Curle

“Adel needs to up his workrate and work harder at his game if he wants to be a Premier League player.

“Ability-wise everything is there. The thing with Adel is his mindset.

“If you give him a football he will train all day. As long as a training session and involves a football, being creative and doing anything related to a game, you could keep Adel training as long as you want.

Adel Taarabt still needs to change his mentality if he is to establish himself as a Premier League player, according to ex-QPR coach Keith Curle
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

Really not interested with his opinion tbh
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I'm sure Adel is well bothered by Curle's opinion of him

Actually Curle has probably called it correctly.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

In fairness not saying he hasn't, just that I'm sure Adel won't lose any sleep over what Curle has to think of him.

Fair assessment of Adel. TBF to Curle he says Adel can play for any team and bigs him up, just needs to work on the nasty bits of the game. Made me chuckle when he said when the balls go away and it's time for fitness we may as well send Adel inside.

Why? KC worked with the player on the training ground for near enough 2 years so he knows what he is talking about.

I doubt adel will stay with us anyway. But I think Curle has a point tbh.

and his fitness, passing, heading, tracking back, positional play, stamina, speed and attitude. His ball skills and dribbling he needs no lessons on tho.

Hope he stays though as I pay my money to be entertained and he entertains me.
(I am not saying he is without fault by the way)
