The biggest miss though was not only his defending, but his superb dead ball ability. I guarantee if he'd been here to take FK's and Corners we would have scored far more goals from them.
He did look good at set pieces, and QPR have had a large number of free kicks within shooting range this season that he could have scored from and these would have won enough points to stay up.
Granero, Taarabt and a host of others have failed to score or create enough goals from set pieces (many games are won on these) so QPR and Redknapp need to work on getting someone in who can deliver.
