To all those who are knocking TF:

Who do you suggest comes in to run the club? Hughes and Redknapp had the backing of a lot of fans but it didn't work out. Lots in the media said these guys were good managers. So did lot of ex-players. TF trusted these guys to run the footballing side of the club but it hasn't worked out.

How many are moaning about the announcement of a badly-needed training ground and academy? How many moaned when he gave managers good money to spend, which, by the way, is a rarity for the club? I would guess most fans would like a new stadium too, which is in the pipeline

I trust TF to get this right. Who do any of you think can replace him?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Krusty the Clown wouldnt do any worse would he? Replace Tony as Chairman? Someone who has the clubs interests at heart and not here to promote his other business's and use us as a vehicle to make millions getting a multi useable venue in the heart of London. Dont even know who his backers are as he has never made that clear

What exactly has TF done to earn your undying trust???

Criticising someone or questioning their ultimate motives should not be confused with 'wanting to get rid of him'.

The people he has 'trusted' have by and large proved to be pants, so far I start I certainly don't trust his 'trust'. Are you saying because he is building a training ground that automatically qualifies him for undying trust?

Yet you are confusing someone who doesn't want to get rid of TF as having their 'undying trust'. It works both ways to be fair.

that seems to be what he is saying...that and the incessant PR tweeting seems to have endeared him to a few.

Not at all, I was going on this "I trust TF to get this right."

              No confusion there.

Where did I use the term 'undying trust'? Please don't put words in my mouth. I believe TF is the right man for the job. If you disagree then that's your right as a fellow fan.

OK... apologies for using the word 'undying' - that was purely my interpretation from a number of your posts.

But may I ask what exactly it is that he has done to earn your trust and belief that he will get it right? Not picking a fight in the slightest, I'm just intrigued to know why so many people think this when to me, at least, the facts suggest otherwise.

Almost everything that has happened since TF took over has been complete failure. Cannot see how anybody can argue about that. Bottom 4, 2 years on the trot including a relegation.

Having said that and to reiterate what others have said, everybody makes mistakes. TF's have been no worse than Redknapp's, or Hughes's before him. Think we should all support the man fully, all the time he is trying his best to make something of our club. There is an alternative and it might not be a nice one.

I think he'll get it right because he is rebuilding the infrastructure of the club which is badly needed. He's learned lessons over the last two seasons and knows where he went wrong I'm sure.

He has a vision for our club which involves a decent academy so we can breed our own talent. He knows the club needs to expand so we can survive the jungle of modern day football. That's why a new ground is important.

He's given managers money to spend. I accept our last two appointments haven't been successful, but most people in the game respect these two appointees. He could hardly be blamed for their failures. He doesn't pick the team or the tactics.

TF is a successful businessman. He's learning the football business the hard way. He's also passionate about QPR.

Tony has had an absolute mare. The thing is though, I do think he's genuine and by being the face of QPR he's staked his reputation on making the club a success. I'm sure he's had plenty of setbacks in his time and can't have got to where he is by giving up easily. Knowing us it could be a fool's errand though!

                          Can't argue with that.

Don't you think he's been a success with Air Asia or Tune Group? Have you not seen him celebrate a QPR goal?

Who do you suggest should take over?

Air Asia is his baby and he has made his money there. QPR and Caterham are the vehicles he uses to promote his main interest (and also we are his vehicle to his venue in West London). As for who takes over? another investor? Cant give you a name but then i couldnt have given you Fernandes name before he invested in us as as he was a self admitted West Ham fan heavily linked with buying them. Dont think there could be many who could have done a worse job over the last 2 season put it that way. Thought Amit and Saksena done a fantastic job with Warnock in getting us promoted, remember that? we have won 14 games in 2 seasons since Fernandes took over from them.
