  • Are QPR good enough on coaching Academy players?

Bircham and Gallen are QPR through and through, but can they develop top players like Southampton has managed?

From what I've heard we have quite a few coaches, I think them two are just the under 18's. For example Paul Furlong coaches kids of a certain age
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Ok, I was asking because we from now on will be a lot more attractive option to youngsters. I think Soton hired recognized Spanish or french coaches when they began to develop their own players some years ago.

Its as much about the coaches at the younger ages. This is where players really develop.Bircham and Gallen are reliant on the players that come through the ranks. What i have seen of the coaches from the under 13's down,it's hard to say

should spend 90% on technique, the rest on fitness and physique
I must away now, I can no longer tarry

That´s why I brought up the subject nationality. I hope British coaches are up for that task(technique)
Before anyone ask- no, I don´t want us to bring in a few Norwegian ones. Solskjær could be an option, though:=):

i think we would struggle to get young kids to play for us, when other teams have much better youth set ups. that will all change in the future

Other way round hence why so few white lads get through at youth level nowadays.
"The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".

London Pride has been handed down to us.
