Bircham and Gallen are QPR through and through, but can they develop top players like Southampton has managed?

From what I've heard we have quite a few coaches, I think them two are just the under 18's. For example Paul Furlong coaches kids of a certain ageUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Before anyone ask- no, I don´t want us to bring in a few Norwegian ones. Solskjær could be an option, though:=):Last edited by Shania; 25-04-2013, 07:20 PM.QPR

London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.
