I was just about to point that out.

This was all said back in January when he announced he was going.

Yes, Nelsen would probably have been the difference between winning some more points in recent games, but he retired and there was nothing Redknapp or Fernandes could have done to keep him.

QPR should not really have needed to rely so much on a 35 year old with knackered kness, who only signed as cover!

I think that QPR still hold his registration until his contract expires and so he wouldnt be allowed to play for someone else unless they agree to it. That's why transfer fees have to be paid for players under contract.

        Makes sense, thank you
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

TBH I don't think Harry carries much weight in the club. Evidence being that if he did then M'vila/Cole/Crouch/PeterO would have been signed up in January (to have a real crack at survival rather than rely on the pi$$ poor efforts of Hughes flops) and Granero/Bosingwa and other assorted idlers would have been shown the door too.
None of which happened and not expecting much different in the summer.
M'villa was chased by harry but chose ruben kazam. Cole told harry no cos we're getting relegated. Pulis rang harry the day after crouch was agreed saying he decided to keep him and odemwingie, stoke
          were playing silly buggers
