I can remember exiting the premiership last time, a lot of genuine sorrow.
This time it's been vindictive, my wife is not safe in the school playground from gooner dads getting at me through her with taunts such as "has he accepted the dreams over".
Chelsea work colleagues just smirking as I walk past, we have been so humbled that they can't even be bothered to take the p***.
Even the welsh are coming out from nowhere, saying they are the rightful heirs to be playing premiership football, treating QPR as Newport or something.
I feel like a wife or girlfriend of someone who committed a heinous crime and the public are taking it out on me, all I did was love my QPR, I didn't know it would end this way.
Only a couple of years ago we were welcomed up with open arms even Chelsea mates were pleased until we first played them :pleasantsuprise: but now we leave with our reputation in tatters, no more the club everyone else liked and who more than most deserved our place at the top table.
We walk out the premiership not standing tall but like the poor kid at a top public school whose parents have been found guilty of dogging and therefore the scholarship has been taken away, I feel humiliated but it's not my fault.
