One of the problems is that these days Harry isn't really a development manager, mainly because there's no money in it. Our recent history of throwing money at everything is counter productive long term, we need an organic approach which brings youngsters through. That isn't sexy enough for people with delusions of grandeur - no big names, no instant marketing pay off- but it is the way forward as clubs like Swansea have demonstrated.
