There's a growing number of chelsea around harrow,willesden,wembley, neasden,cricklewood etc but don't see any around Camden, hendon, golders green,hampstead so it depends what part of NW.

Chelsea have most of SW to themselves,plus a fair chunk of West London and NW London.There are too many around Ruislip

I see a lot of Chelsea fans in North London too.
Where QPR fit in depends on criteria.
Fanbase,crowds, trophies, years in the top flight (historical or modern times) etc.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham top 4 after that it all depends on the above criteria.
There really isn't a lot of difference between Fulham, QPR, Charlton & Palace. Currently I would place Fulham in 5th and if basing it on top flight football since 1960s, QPR in 6th.
