Hopefully he'll be banned for the rest of the season, meaning it will be so much easier to secure that 4th straight win to keep us up...

One thing you can't knock he would run through walls for his team

Up there with Yaya, RVP & Bale - not sure if the very best though, in my own opinion.
anyhoo,as for Goofy..the trouble with him is...not having him...like Liverpool will have to do,cope without him when he gets banned.I wonder if he's like Roy Keane...they always said if you took the nasty side out of him,he wouldnt be the same player

Not defending him, but why should he be banned from the sport? what about players who purposely go into tackles to hurt an opponent? a broken leg or severe ligament damage is worse then a bite mark on the arm that would go in a hour or two.
It's totally wrong what he done, but come on people calling for him to be banned for life, or for Liverpool to sell him is way over the top.@chrisrobson9

I agree though Chris, some of the calls are a bit much. Cantona, for example, did something worse when he went into the crowd, and he wasn't banned forever or hounded out of the Country.
At the end of the day he's a top top player and the EPL needs as many of those as it can get.#standuptocancer

Barton....
Marseille midfielder Joey Barton - who has previously received anger management counselling during his own career - spoke out in support of Suarez.
He wrote on Twitter: "You cannot defend Suarez's bite. Its not defendable. You can however defend Suarez the man, the player. Ok, he f*cked up. He'll be punished.
"People are going on like he's actually eaten someone. Nobody has died. Worse things happen in nurseries every day of the week.
"He has came out and apologised. He'll probably get a ban. He'll no doubt be fined by the club. He is a human who has made a mistake."
