I love Warnock but my fear would be him coming back would be the same as when Francis came back, its never as good second time round and you put what you have previously built on the line.

Maybe under Harry it would not work but if/when he goes you put the structure in place and then any future manager who comes fits in with it and comes with that understanding.

Reading have it sorted to the T they have Nicky Hammond in the role he is the constant and remains in the role even if the manager changes I think he has remained after four Reading managers.

The problem we had was we just filled up the backroom with Hughes Henchmen so Rigg was only ever going to be a temporary measure whilst Hughes was at the club and that's the wrong way to operate.

I would not be against seeing someone like Gerry Francis in the role; knows football, knows the club and is respected (less the mullet) in the game
