I'd have NW back tomorrow. If he'd have been backed properly after promotion, I think we would be a good, mid table premier league club.

We certainly need someone who can bring in some younger players. Fear that our recent Managers and scouts are too focused on so called experienced pros.

              HR and NW

If not: then go for Gus Poyet.

Eddie Howe at bournemouth. Just got them promotion to the championship with limited finances, they are playing some good football too

Eddie howe was awful at burnley. I think dougue freedman. Would be a good choice. Did well at palace and now steering bolton into playoffs from bottom half of table. Also an ex ranger. Although doubt he would want to jump ship in summer to deal with the mess we are in

                    Gary Neville or Neil Warnock
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

i think a lot of this is closely connected to what happens on the playing staff side of things. it's still not clear who will go and who will stay (or who might want to go, but no one comes in for).

if adel stays (either because we convince him to or, more likely, no one is willing to take a risk on him), then the job in hand is to build a team around him since he's proven that he can rip that division apart - that's a job better suited to a more experienced manager like arry. if on the on the other hand adel and any other vaguely talented/inventive players leave and we end up left with just the overpaid/underperforming players that no one in their right mind would be interested, then we may as well get someone new in over the summer who can start that major rebuilding process - pity that mcdermott and adkins have been snapped up already.

                          Neville would be risky.

Interested to see if he goes down the manager path or remain as a coach/pundit

You don't build a team around one person. That's been the problem in the past. If Taarabt stays, he has to learn to be a team player, if he can't do that then sayonara.

Harry Redknap should be given the chance to restructure the club from top to bottom wichI think he will get .Should he choose to go then imo we should go for Billy Davis great record over a period of time
