I have been taking my 10 year old son up rangers since he was 5 and we've had some brilliant times ie championsip year and some not so good times this and last season (but he has enjoyed seeing all the big name players) But now he comes home from school and tells me he now supports Man u because" Oscar" and" Thomas"do and to make matters worse he is "brainwashing" my 7 year old into supporting Man u and it makes me so bl•••y angry. Any suggestions.

a lot of kids go through this.My best mate who has supported the R's since his early teens was a Man Utd fan at that age.Had another who was a Liverpool fan til his early teens then became a gooner. At that age they are more prone to influence, when they get a bit older they have the confidence and maturity to stand up for their own beliefs, rather than running with the crowd

ive always been qpr since i was 4 and got into football (now 19) but my older brother was man united for quite a while. it took our promotion from div 2 in 2004 to convert him. hopefully after a few wins in the championship he'll see the good times are still there and he'll forget about what his mates think. i spent my whole school life being teased about supporting a **** football team but i didnt want to support a united or an arsenal as i enjoyed going to loftus road and i knew id never go see my team if i glory huntedi supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

Ask him to ask he's friends how many times they've been to see Man Utd, maybe remind you son how many QPR games he has seen.
Other then his friends, what connection does he have with Manchester?
Also ask your son if he is a follower, tell him that he should be a leader!
You can't leave it like this... we can't have these Man Utd fans brainwashing QPR kids!

Just tell your son to keep with the R'sss as soon we will be inhabiting a 40k stadium annexed to a Leisure complex where QPR season ticket holders will have back stage passes and unrestricted access to the Saturday's and girls aloudOscar and Thomas can have complimentary tickets to one direction.
