Not a strike & was trying to be used as one. Awful player, put in no effort
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Fair comments about Remy, but if Cisse had been played in every game he was available for, he would probably have scored 10 goals or more this season, some of them would have been winning goals. Being dropped and then asked to play as a lone striker is probably the reason for his disinterest in many games. That and the fact that a number of Summer signings were earning more than he was.

I don't think he should have been loaned out when Remy signed (and stated so on here at the time). Had he featured against the likes of Norwich when Remy was injured he would quite possibly have scored the winner.

Conveniently forgot to mention the idiot got himself banned for 7 games which no doubt hampered our survival efforts. He's payed fortunes to score goals so only done what was expected for me.
I have a lot of time for your posts Ric, and although i agree with your comment about him getting banned stupidly, the last part is a bit harsh. Yes of course he's paid to score goals, but when he played he scored a goal a game, far exceeding any realistic expectations a for any striker in a relegation battling side, ie a poor side.

If you're gonna say that's what hes paid for fine, but then also slate the keepers who are paid to not make clangers, the defenders who are paid to defend, the midfielders who are paid to assist the defence and create chances in attack, and the other strikers who are paid to score goals.
