That does sound an awful lot of money for flats facing the White City Estate.Plus, most new developments now have to have a number of "affordable" housing. When the BBC where there, you' could always find Journalists/Producers who wanted to live nearby, but now they are all going(or gone)i wonder how that'll affect local property prices.

I think the close proximity to the hospital is going to be a problem. Noise/traffic issues.
QPR FC is a bit part player in TF & his backers plans to build an entertainment complex to the west of London, he needs us as cover to build the stadium/arena thats why they want 40,000 plus seats for our 15,000 home fans to rattle around in ..............
'WE' are just a small part of a much much bigger rich persons project !
The question good ol uncle Tony et al should be answering is after they sell LR & move us, will we OWN the stadium or will some third party (ie TF's money men) actually own it ?
I feel a 'Coventry' coming upLast edited by NW_Hoopz; 23-04-2013, 10:16 PM."Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I am a very big Tony Fernandes fan and I think he's been let down by 2 very poor managers, however this is a very good post and 1 I think we should all be concerned about and asking the same question. 40,000 seats is clearly NOT a footballing decision and having a roof clearly states they have big ideas, now we are minus earls court, however does QPR really fit into all this? Yes as a premier league club but what happens if we don't bounce back up, I can only see a sad ending in all this?I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I won't book our tickets to a STEPS concert just yet though !
On a serious note though, Coventry don't even make money on the Hot Dogs do they ?
PS after getting praise from you, I decided the subject needed it's own thread so the masses can discuss itLast edited by NW_Hoopz; 24-04-2013, 12:31 AM."Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
