and play as a fully functioning unit, given that each player has different playing styles. Johnson - goal poacher, Zamora - hold up play, Remy - speed merchant etc. There's a lot of misunderstood player slagging here, when as said for example, Granero just doesn't become a bad player overnight. The whole team has to be on the same wavelength or you get what we've seen this season.

How long do you think it takes a team to adapt to a big turnover of players?

I wonder if personality type is considered at all when buying players; we all know that it can take only one to sour a workplace and make everyone on edge and resentful. Judging by performance over the last couple of seasons we probably have a few like that, morale can be destroyed easily and the 'good guys' can be alienated.
