After a whole season of expectation and hope, finally we have come to the end. Last five games and the Premier is gone for us. Hope its only for one season, however I have my doubts. If we keep the bulk of what we have, I only see us struggle. Its not the names that makes a good football team, its the spirit and willing to win games. I do not know what Mr. Fernandes plans for next season are. However, I point out important ingredients that may help. The academy must start producing very quickly, otherwise cant see us being too successfull. The board must appoint a QPR man to push the club forward. Someone who knows what this club is made off; what the fans expects; the style of football that Rangers where renowed for. I am not saying to gid rid of Harry, just a QPR man in the board that gives a direction to the good old days. Buy the best from the lower divisions and develope them. Introduce young, hungry players from the academy. Only keep players who are willing to fight for the cause. Cant wait to see the end of this season. What a stressfull season its has been. The worst I remember during my 47 years support of the R's.

It was all over a while ago mate but you make some good points.
I'd personally get rid of Redknapp because I don't think he offers a great deal.
Only lasted 4 months at southampton and not sure he really has the passion just a few more twitches and that's about all we get.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
