  • Whatever way you look at it...

The main and real reason for our issues this season... Was Mark Hughes...

Tony took his advice on players etc and it hasn't paid of in the slightest.

You cant blame the guy for pumping money in, you cant blame the guy for trying either. His passion is there and he wont disert us, just look at what he had to say after the Everton game.

Furthermore... I cant see how Harry can be blamed for any of this, he had a hard job and our main issue is the overal squad isnt united and is full of people turning up for a pay check.

    The players Harry has signed

    1. Samba
    2. Remy
    3. Jenas
    4. Townsend

Have all been top signings, who have all put in a shift since they joined.. Hes even probably got the best out of players that looked awful IMO.

Harry has done a pretty decent job, and we will do well to keep him. He is the KEY to our push next season and revival IMO.

Hughes trashed the progress we made and sadly Tony made the wrong decision in listening to him. But thats just lack of experience and no doubt he has learnt from that.

I wouldn't say any of this is the end of the world... Lots to look forward too, hopefully we will come back better and stronger...

yes yes hughes is the bad guy, lets all booooooooooooooooooooooo

come on man, hughes kept us up last season.

the only thing that farked him up was his inability to sign two decent cbs and a replacement for mackie last summer.

if you want to blame someone then have a look at beard and rigg.

time to move on and support harry and the *****s that will stay with us for next season.

Agree with 99% of that except for describing Samba as a 'top signing' expensive yes most definitely, top signing not so far. He's been woeful but who would of guessed that?

Samba would do well in the championship and will be a coup if we keep him.

Lacks pace and gets found out in the premier league but the difference between the strikers in both leagues is huge!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I think you need to listen to the NW interview - Clearly said that TF and Co are good guys but good ill advised by Mr Hughes and his men...

The fact is, Hughes did it all wrong. IMO you could argue that Warnock may have turned it round come Jan with the signings he may have made off his own.

Im sorry, but Hughes hardly saved us... He just about did it, and then ****ed it all up in the summer....

Samba is a good CB, and he will prove to be good for us

You want me to listen to a warnock interview????????????? lmfao.

i have listend to warnock plenty of times mate and if you knew that ........... person as well as i do, you would not have made that comment.

this has got shag all to do with warnock, that man has spent 30 years of pretending to be a football manager in the lower divisions.

out of 30 years of "managing" he has spent 2 and a half poultry seasons in the top league.

the only tactic warnock knew (kick the ball to adel) was never going to work in the prem league.

yes, i would like to thank hughes for saving us last season and am gutted it did not work out for him this season. hope harry can do a good job in the championship.

            that is all.

                  Agree with you 100% 4life

I am amazed by the amount of people that make excuses or Hughes. He FAILED to pick up a win in four months of the season and its the first four months of the season which have resulted in us being uncompetitive with our current points tally.

If he had only managed to pick up just two wins in fours months (that's a win every two months) we would have 30 points and well placed to get out of this.

It was Hughes who festered over the first four months of the season and its the first four months that have cost us, Jesus even his right hand man came out and said we don't have a clue what the problem is if they cant work it out or mix it up what chance did we have.

He accumulated 4 points from a possible 39 (13 games) Harry came in and got in the space of 7 days half the amount of points he accumulated in four months; in the space of two weeks he passed Hughes haul. He failed to register an away win in a year Harry has picked up three.

We were killed this season in-between the months of August and November and in all intents and purposes our season has been 25 games long because of that fool. The blame points in one direction in my book and one direction only and he has grey hair and spent most of his time stood on the side of the pitch with his arms folded

Exactly - NW did nothing wrong IMO and had limited funds at the time (When we got promoted..)

Hughes messed it up, end off... we wasnt in the relegation zone when Hughes took over, just to add...

The type of man who likes the smell of his own s hit

Clearly believed his own hype and thought he was way better then he was and has ensured that he has plenty people around him to ensure that his ego is constantly massaged. Never wanted him as he is bland, he has zero personality and had a bad feeling when he got jumped by Sky leaving the ground and suggested he would sleep on if he fancies being our manager or not.

He was one of the luckiest managers in the business to land QPR and im not just saying that because its my club. He had owners who were prepared to back him, fans who are crying out for a little bit of success but he blew it big style and to me has proven he is not a manager who can handle money or pressure.

I hate him with a passion we are down because of him. As someone suggested on LFW 90mins singing Mark Hughes is a tanker Paul Ince style on the worldwide stage against Reading is the way to go show the world and him who is responsible. This man has ruined our club and has got off lightly so far. If he ever comes back to manage a club in the Bush God help him as I alone will give him stick that has never been heard before

"Who would hire him? The two jobs where he has had money to spend (Man City and QPR) he has had a mediocre record in the transfer market. Roberto Mancini is still trying to offload some of the players that Hughes brought in on big money, such as Santa Cruz and Wayne Bridge. The chances of Hughes ever getting a top job again are zero."

Apparently he still fighting for his pay-out from the Club. He should be paying the Club.
