Am sure most on here don't actually want to play in the championship but rather have accepted the fact that we will be so are trying to remain upbeat and drag out the most tenuous of positives from our hideous predicament..... It's a beastly situation and you're right the championship is ****e but there you go we haven't been able to stay up so we have to take our medicine....:(

I don't think anyone truly wants to get relegated to the Championship but most have accepted our fate and are getting on with it! Relegation is no fun and it's hard to be positive about it but this has really been a nightmare in the EPL!

I don't think anybody really wants us to play in the championship, but for several weeks now it has been evident that that is what is going to happen. Also although we have a number of good players, they are just not able to produce the goods for whatever reason.

The team therefore has to rebuild and go back to basics. This is not going to happen in the premiership. Hopefully a season in the championship will resolve the problems. Also most people do not want to see their team lose week in week out, even if it is in the premiership.

Need to rebuild the whole squad from front to back and maybe going down maybe a bit like when newcastle went down a few years ago, Chuck out the bottle jobs and get some spirit amongst the squad. Would love to sign big crouchy and make hhim our captain who will lead from the front. The elder players and the high earners need shifting. Derry, Hill, Mackie and the like need moving on as if we did get promoted we would be in the same position again. All of them players have been fantastic but we now need to start again.
