I get that but it annoys me to see so much hate to a guy who has shown nothing but commitment and pride since joining our club. Regardless of our future, I am glad that we are one of the few clubs in the country who has an owner that genuinely wants to improve us in every way possible and cares about us as a fan base

and how is that his fault. He brought in managers with pedigree and regardless of what Happened this season with Hughes, he kept us up last season and despite my hatred of him, we have to be thankful of that. Redknapp is also well known to thrive in our situation so i still don't see what you think makes him naive? is it that he is new to the sport because that means that at some point all owners are naive

What is the point of criticising the man that is keeping our club alive? how will it benefit us?

So its not his fault that he hired Hughes and gave him free reign to bring in who he wanted with silly wages? not his fault that he kept Hughes in his job after it was clear to any sane person that WE HADNT WON A GAME ALL SEASON? Nice bloke , tweets some patronising sh1t every week so lets just not criticise him. If we lose today then wait for the " i still believe" tweet :-)

I suppose we could all be scared to criticise him like you are in case he runs off and buys another club? lol

The thing is we are now totally dependant on him and his ilk because of his poor financial management...agreeing to pay poor players huge amounts of money that we cannot sustain without him. Nice on Tone.

Yes because no club is dependant on their owner... you seem more naive than him.

what are you on about? Do you understand that with the wages that we are paying these bunch of losers that we cannot sustain it without Fernandes? We lured big named benchwarmers here for the most part with wads of cash and are contracted to keep paying them until they go elsewhere but who else are going to pay this mob the same kind of wages we are paying? Did Norwich and Swansea's owners do the same? Did they throw money at a turd? Loads of mistakes have been made but you dont seem to care as your sh1t scared of upsetting him? I dont hate him but he has failed here badly up to now but theres no need to be scared to criticise the guy.

I am not scared of upsetting him, we are not in some sort of dictatorship regime at the club and you are not a rebel for complaining but if he is willing to spend the money for players on high wages, it means that he is able to. Compare our new spending for this whole season with mid table clubs and you will see it is not particularly different. He knows that for us to maintain high spending power, we need a new stadium and he is trying to do that but for it to make sense for us to build a new stadium, we need some top flight time and that is why he is willing to spend. And tell me, if you were him and you were offered a 2 time champions league winner, world goalkeeper of the year only 3 years ago and a young and talented left back with top club experience, all for free at slightly above average 1st team wages for the premier league, knowing that this could help us compete for higher places would you reject that?

The people that #### him off are total ########s as I'm sure he knows what he's done wrong? But sure he has our best interests at heart.

At the begining of the season we were all excited about the new signings so why hate Tony? I can't quetion his intention to improve the squad. His only other mistake apart from late sack of Mark Hughes is allowing high wages above £50k, we all realised the negativity of this later. Worrying how to get rid of those overpaid players as our ground will only attract 10-12k attendance next season which will affect our financial position!

There's some real know-it-alls on here. Wages for example. How do some of you know the details of players contracts? Where's your evidence?

TF has set about rebuilding the infrastructure of the club. We needed a new academy and training facility to compete at the highest level. He's sorting that out. He wants to build a landmark multi- purpose stadium and brought in Phil Beard to deal with this who has a pedigree in developing multi-purpose venues like the O2 arena and the Olympics. He appoints managers who have good reputations in the game and gives them money to spend on players of their choosing. He made it quite clear that Hughes was totally in charge of team affairs and that's how it should be.

There is no other chairman I'd rather have than TF. He is committed to the cause and needs to be given time. We can't expect root and branch changes overnight and the projects he had embarked on are long term plans. Some fans want all this overnight

I really hope the boo boys hold their tongues and back arguably the best chairman we've ever had.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Some of the hate towards TF this season has been disgraceful!!!
The only mistake he made this season was not getting rid of Hughes earlier.

Where would we be now, had he not taken over?

Some say Flavio and Eccles Cake saved us, but they also destroyed us so much that Tony is picking up the pieces and trying to turn the club around for the long term.

I would rather go down, knowing that we have someone that cares, and won't walk away.

When we had 2 men that wanted a plaything, trying to flog £100 Lotto Trainers, Cashmere Scarfs, and made the club a laughing stock.
Briatores record will read - took a club on the brink to PL status in less than 4 years

Fernandes will read - from PL to Championship in less than 2 years having barely been out the bottom 4 in that time
