I don't think this has been discussed on here. Anyone a little bit concerned? The regulations come into force from the 2013-14 campaign - clubs cannot make losses of more than £8 million. For the 2011-12 season we made a loss of £22.6 million and our wages-to-revenue ratio was 90%. Clubs adjudged to have broken the new regulations could face a transfer embargo or an enormous fine. The penalties would not be enforced by December 2014. So, unless we gained promotion to the Premier League in our first season back (something which very few teams achieve), we could be in big trouble - unless, of course, Fernandes manages to dramatically cut the wage bill. I don't mean to be pessimistic and scare people, but this is worrying.
