Did anyone notice the Customer Care team on saturday?

There are six of them and they were dotted around outside the ground on Sunday, according to the woman rep I spoke to. They have a clip-board and will note any comments or suggestions made by us and refer them on to that department. On another note, four of us (not associated) were recently refused entry to the early KO Norwich game after turning up at 2pm.

After kicking up a big fuss about it as an ST holder on behalf of anyone else who it might happen to,( I don't know if the others complained) I have been offered an Arsenal ticket, and been re-assured it won't be happening again. Or maybe they meant they won't be giving me anymore freebies!

yeah i noticed them too....was amazed again by QPR stewards again though.....took my 83 year old Dad to Loftus Road we hadn`t been together for about 10 years and thought a photo of us would be nice...asked a young female steward if she wouldn`t mind taking a photo of us together only to be told `i am not allowed to take photos`....that seemed to be really friendly in the family stand....a guy sitting down then said he would take the photo as she turned her back ....still i did get a couple of nice hot coffees at half time and as i passed her on the way back in i told her i would of bought her a coffee to warm her up but she would probably say she couldnt drink it.....once again Mr Beard your staff come across miserable and unhelpful....
