  • Next Season - IF we go down...

We must KEEP Harry at all costs...

I would be so gutted if he left, seriously think we need this guy and the stability he brings.

He will be the biggest signing for us, he truly will.. Worth the outlay.

Its proved hard for Bolton Blackburn and Wolves to come straight back up, but with Harry in charge I think we stand a better chance.

I actually think he will stay because he will have a point to prove.

If he leaves it will look like he gives up when the going gets tough. I think he will rise to the challenge, have a clear out, try to get us back up. If he doesn't get us automatic I think he will leave then for sure.

Having said that - he may get an offer from a bigger club and find that he can't turn down the PL.

Im not convinced he will stay...

He's no spring chicken, and Id be suprised if he wants to spend the end of his career fighting the long hard unglamorus battle that is getting out of the Championship

But I dont think thats the end of the world. If he did stay he'd be linked with EVERY new premier league job. Which would be destabalising and frustrating and could you really blame him if he quit half way through the season to join west ham? But where would that leave us?

He talks a good loyalty game... but ultimatley I dont think he gives that much of a ****. Look at the SOuthampton portsmouth saga.

Im not convinced we'll come staright back up. And Harry aint gonna stick around for 2-3 years. If he does stay... He'll porbbaly spend loads of money AGAIN as a quick fix to get back up immediatly. And I dont think that would work and will only add to our financial worries.

IMO we should go down Reading route. Appoint someone like Adkins. Give him a remit to spend 3 years building a solid team of players who will bleed on the pitch for for this club (even of they arent superstars). Similar to what Norwich and Southampton have. So that when we do get promoted we have a much better chance of staying up.

I'd love Harry to stay, but I don't think he will.
It could take a year or two to get back up and I don't think he'll be up for that.

I've always said it takes a different type of manager to get a team up than it does to manage in the Prem.

I'd welcome back Warnock with open arms.

The board will want HR to stay, they will let him spend some money to get back into the prem. He will undoubtably to a better job of putting a successful team together than Hughes did. With the backing QPR have got it would take some doing to sink this club.

Overrated. We haven`t been all that since he came. Tactically no Rommel. Changing the system and the players in it to often. Not playing his best players regularly and hasn`t got the best out of some of the others. Has nothing to prove and not sure about his hunger.

if we go down, I think Harry will give it 1 season. If he could get us back up immediately, then he'll really want to try and establish us with his own team in the PL
