Last season we were unlucky i.e Bolton away, Cisse red against Wolves and few other moments where we got screwed. This season has been entirely our own fault. We deserve to be where we are.
    I agree 100%. Self inflicted.

I didn't see it but I tell you that goal really hit me hard
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

He's had an easy ride IMO. He's cost us just as many times as he's saved us, if not more. Right after the final whistle he should've been devastated but he didn't give a sh*t, sorry to say it but he can leave in the Summer and I for one won't shed a tear.

Nope as I've stated many times before I think he is a very good shot stopper and he saved us many times in January. However, he doesn't fill me with any confidence whatsoever and don't think he is any better than Rob Green. What annoys me is how he seemingly is beyond cricism, yet if Green were to make the mistakes Cesar has, he would slaugtered by some fans. Yet because Cesar is a big attractive name with alot of silverware in his past, he gets away with it.

Cesar was gutted too. It was just a half a seconds polite smile to an another Latin American.

Trying again with a clearer picture.
Players coming off the pitch smiling makes my blood boil - they need to understand more the way it makes the fans feel the gutless wonders :rage:

Not just a grin, but a kiss, a smile and a shirt swap.

He genuinely couldn't care less and I would imagine his agent is working around the clock trying to find him a new club. Could see him at Arsenal.

you could tell it didnt mean that much to him. In his mind hes already offski. I was not pleased with that at all and i can see why there are splits in the camp

Its just another day in the office for this lot. There is no loyalty, there never will be in todays game - Never expect anything more than them performing at the level they were hired at.

When Clint Hill is on his knees distraught and cesar is grinning like a cheshire cat and swapping shirts, thats not good for team spirit.

I really think the fact that we have a squad split down the middle on talent and wages is more the reason there is no team spirit than someone smiling at the end of a match.

Or perhaps all of our failures up to now are down to this evil smile too?

I think our team spirit is ok right now, we played for 70mins with 10 men and they worked hard for each the entire game.

It was certainly fractured at the start of the season, looks much better now to be fair.

No point playing well for 70 minutes if you lace that with game changing blunders. Taking responsibility, even when under pressure or provoked, is part being in a team and showing team spirit. Mindlessly getting sent off is not showing team spirit.
