  • Amit Bhatia...

I bumped into him after the game down South Africa Rd. The guy was virtually in tears. The guy really cares. He loves this club. He is one of us. Such a genuine bloke. We all know we don't deserve to stay up. I think the club/board know they have made mistakes. I felt Amit's pain tonight. We're all suffering at the moment. Going to be a painful few months this summer, but with adversity we become stronger. If players want to leave, let them go. Unlike when we went down in '96, we have a board who care and want what's best for us. They know they have made mistakes. But we will come back stronger. We're QPR. This is our club. We'll always be Rangers. We'll be back. Keep the faith.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

      Fully concur.

Probably came into it purely as a business venture but he got bitten by the bug.

Sometimes no matter how hard you try and no matter what you do destiny takes its course

Were destined to go down and have been since we got slapped first game of the season we have never recovered from that. Were playing well now and even that is not enough to nick wins. Sky said they equalised with 15secs to go how's your luck when that happens against one of your rivals who you have contained with 10 men for the majority of the match.

I would not put it against Rangers to pull off two quick wins and give us all hope but the end result will be the same

          Start again and rebuild.

Went for the Champions League when we should have kept the nucleus of the championship team together and built slowly. like Swansea and Norwich

Thing about Rangers is it's addictive. The board have been QPR fans for no more than 5 seasons, but you can see they have fallen for Rangers like we have all done. Relegation is painful. We've been there before, but I really don't think it will take us 15 years to get back. They will want us to get back asap. They will know where they have messed up. The Championship is a horrible league. I watched Cardiff v Watford yesterday and it was a dreadful game. We can bounce straight back. We can't mope about this summer. We need to start the season well, like the year we came up. We can't start badly. We start well and we will be alright. We all feel like sh1t at the moment. But we need to be positive and believe we can get back in the Premiership.

That team was not good enough. We'd have been down by March with that team. We just started the season so badly. Fernandes came in so late that we ended up panic buying and now we are suffering. We need to start afresh. We have the players to get us back up.

I have a good feeling the board will want to put this right, this time next year we could be champions again with another trophy

I bet if it was down to Amit he would have sacked Hughes earlier. Tony was too kind for his own good, too much faith is bad.

I have always said our Championship winning team was built to get out of the league. There was not enough quality in it to move forward like Swansea. The Tem had the veteran players to get us up but we did not have a good nucleus to bipuild around especially through the spine of the team. Poor signings followed which did not help nor did Mark Hughes.

It went wrong when they wouldn't back Warnock and sacked him to quick. He was a very unlucky manager imo and I believe we would be in a better position if we'd had stuck with him.

                          I agree.
Keep Harry Redknapp as manager, and try and keep as many of the first team as will be possible, make one or two good additions, as opposed to having a clear out and building from scratch, and our chances of making a quick return to the premiership improve greatly.

The only problem with that is I think quite a few players will be moved on to reduce the wages. Plus we still don't know what the position is with Harry. We need some stability and leadership from the board.

I'm with you on that, as long as we have these owners we will bounce back.

I'm gutted for us fans and the owners, however glad I didn't see Amit looking sad today.
