We will be 1 point behind Sunderland and Wigan after a stunning win at Goodison and blowing away Stoke at home.

And then still go on and blow it

Nah as much as I want to believe us winning at Goodison I can not see that happening when they are at such good form.
If we won it would set us off on a run I am sure but like you say we would **** it up anyway. We just cant seem to string good performances in all 3 lines during games.

I wouldn't be surprised if that happens, mate. The players will give us hope out of no where (like today) and then either Mbia, Taarabt, Samba, Hill or whoever, will make a crucial mistake which will officially send us down

I reckon we will get turned over by Everton and get a point vs Stoke which will see us down.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

This team was so frustrating, if we cold have pulled off the points in a quarter of the games we should have we would have been in with a chance but they just found a way not to every time, that's why we're down!

Kinda want the season to end now. Any win would only prolong the agony of the inevitable relegation. Deep down we know it's gonna happen. It's the hope that kills us.

Villa, Fulham and this one. All winnable but we screwed them.

we are 2nd from bottom as we are the 2nd worse team in the premiership , there will be a few more freak results in the PL before the season is done but we have consistantly under performed all season . if we do manage to beat everton and stoke then that would be all the more frustrating as we'd still probably go down
