Nonsense post as Harry and Adel can work together
But given the choice between the Adel that ripped the championship apart or Harry.
    Adel hands down.
There are plenty of very good managers that would take Harry's place in a heart beat.
McDermott, curb lushly, dimatteo etc etc

Tough call. If I was Fernandes my first dilemna would be working out how sincere and dedicated Harry is. If convinced that he wants to stay for a good push (2 seasons if it takes that to get back up) I would risk losing Adel. My reasons would be that although Adel would tear the champ a new #### we would be in the same position when we return, where we are working around Adel and we know from these 2 Prem seasons that it hasn't worked. We need a team of 11 workers who are more equal in ability and we aren't reliant on one player, making it easier for our opponents to plan to play against us.

Redknapp is easily the most qualified guy at the club to rebuild the team and a lot better than anyone else who might arrive too and said he wants to stay.
Also there has been a clear out of many of the people involved in putting together this car crash of a season and the employment of Harry's team.
And TF has said on the record that Harry's job is safe too.
So looks to me that the club has made the decision already to retain Redknapp in the event of relegation.
I think that is for the best too and Adel, along with any other players, should either stay or go primarily according to football judgements made by the manager.
