IF we get relegated do you think we will bounce straight back as the championship is a very competitive league with about 10 teams that can win it. If we've got to rebuild our team which we will have to then I think we will struggle.

I'm not going to say we will, but we could bounce straight back up, but we would have to try and keep some of our better players like Remy.
Newcastle, West Brom, have both done it in recent seasons. So must we.

I think QPR will go straight back up. Hard league yes but we've top owners who will do well to keep a good set of players.Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Rangers have little chance of an immediate bounce back in the current circumstances
We need to address the GK situation - one needs to stay, one needs to go. Personally I'd bomb them both out and sign Szecherlmy (sp) on loan from Arsenal for the season or a similar GK
Bos****a HAS to go, Fabio will head back to OT, Nedum typifies inconsistency, Samba more than likely off at a huge loss and Hill running on fumes
So that's a NEW BACK FOUR required
Hoilett will no doubt be #####d around by his family agent, hopefully SWP will be picked up by Cardiv or similar, Farlin out of favour, Jenas invisible, Townsend not ours and the inevitable Adel summer transfer circus will more than likely end in him going. Derry will hopefully still be about but another year older and Mbia and Barton likely to be in France
So midfield not looking too clever
Zamora needs an op that will keep him out for 7 months and apparently doesn't like the game anyway. AJ is made of glass and the injury he's had ain't gonna make him any better, Remy could end up at Arsenal and should take a profit and Mackie I fear is destined for a club like Norwich
The striker department doesn't fill me with glee
Finally, and most importantly, the Managerial position doesn't look too clear
From the above my personnal view is that a HUGE rebuilding project is needed with a TWO YEAR plan for return required. After two years the Prem money will be gone, the current owners could then go too and the whole club follow thereafter
So TF has a MASSIVE ask over the next two months. If I was him I would, in this order:-
Bin off Phil Beard and get an experienced football exec in
Sit down with Harry to gauge his two year commitment
If above not forthcoming identify and sign a Managerial team long before the end of May
Get two or three "marquee" signings of the right type - for me it would be Crouch, Bolasie and a CM leader
Start assembling a mix of young promising players and those capable of performing lower reaches of Prem (Austin, Rhodes etc)
Announce a good season ticket scheme early
Show that the long term talk is actually more than hot air hy breaking ground at Warren Farm
We will be a big scalp next season ~~ can we please I still a winning, 200% effort, tribal and "want it" attitude in our squad where no passengers or plums are carried or tolerated?

We aint gonna come straight back up unless more money is spent replacing Remy and Samba etc. Our current squad is too up their own bottoms to work and fight hard enough to get us back up except maybe Hill, Derry, Mackie and Mbia and the first three are w..k! If we rely on Hill, Derry and Mackie to get us back up then we are truely and right royaly screwed!
