And why wouldn't he...no one else is stupid enough to pay him what he earns with us...even his old club said we were mad.

He is a good defender, but needs pace alongside him. He is not a top drawer defender, so why are we paying him more than most players outside of UTD, Chelsea and City.....?

Im not sure I believed in what I wrote myself:=):,but IMO,Having read a few comments from him, it seems like he is willing to stay for a year .Mind you; We could be back after a season in the CC with him in the team. But that is if we do it the Newcastle way..

Does anyone really think Adel will end up at a top club? I don't can't see any of the top teams laying out in excess of £3-4M for someone who plays for 20-30 mins a game and is inconsistent at best might end up at a mediocre Prem team at best
