Watched the punditry last night and he was top class as usual. He also apparently likes us as a team. Does anyone think we should give him his first manager role if thing go down the drain?

I said on this board about 3 seasons ago we should make him player-manager or manager if he retired and I got shouted out... He would be brilliant but why would he take any manager's job, he has it made at the moment.

We got cash and it will potentially enhance his rep if he does well

I've been saying on my twitter how much I like him & how I'd like him as our manager if Harry left
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

He is a coach for England and has a great punditry job, don't think he would even consider joining us as gaffer tbh.

Like Matty said, the bloke has already got very good jobs and as a club we are a shambles, where there will be a massive clearout. He'd be superb and bring some much needed fresh ideas, and when he talks he talks with a brain unlike our current manager. Won't happen but would be my no1 choice.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Great pundits do not necessarily make good managers, we can all talk about football

Maybe he knows that if it all goes downhill, if the fans like him coz he likes us, he could get the job and look like a hero if he does good stuff. or maybe he feels bad for us as a club

He seems genuine when discussing QPR and looks gutted when we lose. Did you hear him at half time, he didn't want to say that it was over and said "Anything can happen second half".
