I dont get how everyone thinks Remy and Samba are suddenly worth £10 million more than we paid for them , Remys a sick note, and Samba looks like he owns a Franchise or two of KFC and eats the profits. Arent we further from safety now then when they joined ? Ship out the Mercenarys and get some good 100 percenters in that care about playing football rather than thier bank balance. Be honest, who would have joined us in Jan if it wasnt for the wages?

Arsenal supposedly ready to subsidise QPR’s potential relegation
There’s little imagination at work here: if QPR go down, quite a few of the players bought within the last eighteen months will be moved on as a financial precaution by Tony Fernandes. As a consequence of that reality, the papers are going to print all manner of rumours about where those players will go should Rangers not be able to disentangle themselves from the threat of relegation.
First out of the blocks are The Star, who are claiming that Arsenal are ready to pay £18m for Christopher Samba and Loic Remy in the Summer.
Obviously, given that QPR’s fate needs to be determined before any kind of transfer plans are made, The Star are just making up rumours to entertain themselves – take two players who play in positions which Arsenal need to improve, pluck a random value from thin air, swirl it around a bit, and there’s a fresh story.
All very entertaining; hopefully The Star got all the attention and clicks that they were after.
Hypothetically, even if Arsenal were interested, they’re not going to be getting those two players for anything under £20m at the least – whether Rangers go down or not, Tony Fernandes will remain an extremely wealthy owner who won’t be panic-selling as a reaction. There will be some cost-cutting at Loftus Road if they are in the Championship next season, but relegation really doesn’t necessitate a fire-sale and nor does it have the negative impact on player values that it’s assumed to – look at how much Wolves managed to command for Steven Fletcher and Matt Jarvis at the beginning of this season.

Remy is on £70k a week? samba about the same, it would be better to offload them as we can't sustain those wages in the championship.
Besides, even if had stayed up they both would had been sold anyway from what I've heard.
We badly need to start again next season and rebuild. With harry going I think they will appoint adkins and start again fresh which is a good thing.

Ref manager; it will be Cotterill that steps forward to be gaffer. Arry is def off if we go down (from reliable source!).
EDIT: "Reliable source" about the Arry leaving if we go down bit, the Cotterill bit is just my guess. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

He has a poor track record, we need a younger manager with some promotion experience who won't feel the need to over spend, someone like Di Canio or Adkins would be ideal. I wouldn't rule out Holloway either.
Still on the positive side out of a bad situation, it will be nice to start again fresh.

remy has a religation release clause dave, no way we can hang on to him.
i would really like shot of ferdinand, park, granero, hulse, bosingwa, tarrabt (only because we play better without him) mackie.
that lot should cusion the blow of relegation and bring in around £13 mil, plus 10 mil for remy = £23 mil
not to mention wages saved ferdinand 35k granero 50k park 45k hulse 20k bosingwa 65k tarrabt 50k
all in all we cand get around £23 mil in transfer fees
and approx £265k aweek wages saved.
now where is that football manager game.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐
