Let's nail the hindsight thing on the head right away. There were people who very quickly spotted the wheels coming off under Hughes and the failiure to get rid of him soon enough will cost us our prem place. Saying that we are further adrift under Harry than when Hughes left does not alter that fact - there were also people who suggested other sane alternatives to Harry. Personally, I don't see Harry as being right in the long term, but that has been discussed elsewhere on here.
TF's failiure was naievety: re Kia, re Beard. TF had no experience in the game and unfortunatey the people who he turned to for advice were disastrous choices. Predictably so.
Having said that, you can not exclude the possibility that he will learn from this mess - ie that long term stability means development rather than panic solutions.
