Nonsense about the refs I'm afraid -every football fan in the country thinks that the ref is against their team - it simply isn't true! - we watch the game through biased eyes -refs make mistakes through human error, incompetence, lack of technology to support them etc - not through bias or cheating -that was Italy wasn't it?

just watched Wigan game and---
Aside from the lucky winning goal,, what a couple of poor teams. The amount of times posession was lost through poor passes, getting caught in posession etc made me want to cry -when it was Newcastle at least. If I supported either of those teams I would have found it a very frustrating watch. A pity we're so far behind -there are 6 points waitng for the taking off these two at least.

spot on post. cant believe some peoples mentality on this thread.
even blaming mark hughes for our impending relegation and being the soul culprit for it.
how easy it is to forget that if it were not for hughes, we probably wouldnt be playing fulham next week but most likely barnsley or peterborough.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

At the end of the day some results will go for us in the run in, some wont. Yesterday was a sickener, however, we are playing well and if we keep it up will win more than we lose imo so will get 30something points.... will it be enough, only time will tell, but i would be a lot more concerend if we looked like a side who couldn't score or buy a win, like some at the moment.....

Our demise will be entirely our own doing, not a dodgy pen or red card or missed handball in a game that we're not even playing in.

So a cr*p decision in one game won't effect other teams?....The whole nature of the game effects other teams......it's called a league table
I'm just saying it makes very little difference over the course of the season. If we weren't so ****e we wouldn't be going down. Pointless trying to flail around trying to find excuses or aim accusations of incompetence or conspiracy around, when the major architects of our being rooted to the bottom of the table is our terrible terrible performances.
