Worked excellent with Zamora up front in the first half. The first half was a tactical masterpiece by Harry, we could have been 2 or 3 goals ahead. When fit, Zamora should definitely play.

Dont know why he thought he should take that free kick yesterday when we all knew it would fly over the bar
Bothroyd should at least alternate with Zamora upfront.
Makes me think Harry is not irrreplaceable after all..QPR

And to be fair to the lad, he's been the business in his last couple of games. He came up trumps with that winning goal at Southampton.
AS for the difference 1st and 2nd half, it's not a case of meaning BZ is great, but Harry wanted to play a system with a lone front man, and yet didn't have Bothroyd on the bench even though everyone knows BZ wont last the match out.... ridiculous decision. For me Bothroyd is as good as Bobby at the moment anyway, if not better.
Bobby doesn't win as much as a player his size should imo, and he's wasteful.... Just look at the mess he made of that gift in the 1st half when played on and the ball came to him 6 yards out in space, he didn't control and a tackle got the ball out to Samba who's shot was saved.... a good striker whould lap chances like that up with instand control and slot it home.
Yes he can do a job, but he's nothing special. The fact a partially fit BZ has been played instead of a confirdent fully fit and performing Bothroyd was always a strange decision for me when Harry made it.

Anyone that knows anything about football knows how good BZ is at what he does... We look a massive threat with him on the pitch, and know where near as dangerous when he is off it. He create chances purely with his movement, lay offs and by holding the ball up

bothroyd and bobby need to be in the squad for each game. simple as. amazed bothroyd wasnt on bench knowing bob cant last longer than 45mins. we've tried the slick tippy-tappy football and its not worked all season. we need a long ball up to a target man.Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"
