At the moment MH is failing. The problem is that once you get into that state it is hard to get out as players and media, as well as fans add to the pressure.

On that basis I would take a change.

If HR does park up at LR, I would guess Mike Rigg will be given a much bigger role in club development, and with Phil Beard, continue with our expansion plans. It's probably not the kind of thing HR will want to get involved with anyway.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Ive gone for Redders,Hughes has had 9 months and weve hardly progressed, the table implies we are going backwards. Ive not seen enough to suggest he can keep us up (even if we beat Soton).
On paper the long term plan looks good but its falling down in the key area, the first team. Hughes transfer policy has left us short in key areas and overloaded in others. Thw way is see it is we are going down under Hughes,we could well go down under Redknapp but if we did at least we tried to save our season as oppposed to sticking with a manager who loses every away game.(and most of the home ones)

You could give even give Redknapp just til the end of the season and revaluate from there.

even if we win 1-0 on saturday for me its just prolonging the inevitable execution.

we have more chance to win games with somebody else in charge.. we need a man manager like redknapp to get the team playing. hughes cant motivate them at all.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
                Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

I would give MH until after the boxing day fixture.

At this rate of return, that will be too late.

                        Harry, no question.
After, falling apart against Swansea, how many games have we been outplayed in, none IMO. Most of the games, we've ether been the better team or at worst worthy of a draw.
The definiton of a manager is to get the best out of the players, MH is clearly not doing that.
Harry is a motivator and whilst not a long term solution, we need to stay or there is no long term.
Remember it took 16 years to get up, we really don't want that again do we?

If Sparky should walk away I want Harry or Benites. IMO,the Solskjær team would also be an interesting alternative.

                              We've got two problems:

                              1. Hughes poor form, specially away suggests he is no good enough.
                              2. We've got confidence issue as well as some uninterested/careless players who have come only for money not to be part of the plan.

Whoever will takeover (If happens) needs to have a strong character to tackle no.2 before thinking of buying new players.
