Myself, I'd love to see us bringing on our own talent again, there are question marks over Hoddle as he hasn't managed for so long. But to get a good youth set up going he might be worth getting on staff as a youth development director? yeah i'd have him.
he has **** defenders(like us) and manages to do well.
