So which teams do you think will be relegated next season?
Surprised you say Villa - as much as I don't like the bloke, I think Lambert is the reason why Norwich have risen so high and if Big Eck kept them up I think it will be easier for Lambert.
At the moment Swansea and Norwich are worse off than last year, Liverpool and no better and West Brom are still in the dark!
For now, I reckon Reading and Southampton will have a lot of work to do but can work on the same basis as us last year = 3 worse teams than them is the best hope. Wigan will be there as usual and I reckon it's about time Fulham had a bit more panic.
Until managers are settled and squads assembled, I will go for Reading, Swansea and Wigan
I just can't help feeling the guy has gotten a bit above his station by leaving Norwich
Villa do not have a strong squad of players at present and whilst he has been told there are funds available I really can't see them having that much money to spend
In truth I think they are in need of a massive overhaul and think it will be ironic to see Norwich finish above them

Personally I think their squad is stronger than it showed last season - and that was down to a manager that simply failed to motivate or get his tactics right. I'm not saying they are a team of world beaters but I don't think they will be sea bed fodder as Lambert has one skill which is to motivate average players. Hence how he got Norwich to a decent finish with many of the players he had in League 1 and the Championship.
I am with you one one thing though, he definitely has an arrogance about him, and it has become even more noticeable since he went off to Villa.
If we don't sort out a commanding centre back and inject some pace alongside Cisse we could struggle again. I think its as simple as that. The back two and the front two need sorting ASAP.

Not overly convinced by their squad at all myself, defensively they are awful and it was only their style of play last season which didn't see them exposed more often
