Don't matter what they say buddy usual suspects will have their own expectations. If they said we want mid table and to build over time immediate complaint will be paying to much for side not wanting to go for it etc

if its building a solid foundation, taking time to train the players that we have and to continue to add slowly to the squad then, rowett is the man.

built burton from nothing and they were promoted twice, all due to his work. also add to that what he has done for birmigham on a shoestring.

Rowett is the only one of the top 5 other than ollie who will have managed a team with a small if any budget. Fernandes and Ferdinand need to make all aware of the job in hand and stick to it. Only Eddie Howe above him as a young English manager

Rowett said yesterday that hes gunna have money to spend in january and wants to make 2-3 quality signings. No chance of him coming here imo even though it'd be great
