3-4 games. Reason being he knows now what the fans think of his tactical nonsense, as he's being questioned about it by the media, so if he can't see where he's going wrong and how everyone else feels, and doesn't try to change it or rectify it in the next 3-4 games he DESERVES to be sacked.

I'm not into sacking managers at all, but this guy is going from game to game and learning nothing. Not a thing. Zero improvement. We're actually going backwards.

Yep, 3-4 games - I'm sure none of us will be able to wait until December if we lose to Sunderland tomorrow, B'ham Saturday and Fulham the following week.

But anyway I will be there on Saturday to see whats being served up with my own eyes for the first time in a couple of years...Maybe I wonŽt be as patient at 16:45 come Saturday. Looking forward to it either way though

Obviously many of you on here have completely lost patience with JFH, but unfortunately in football, patience is often required. If we go down to a crushing defeat to Fulham, I envisage flaming torches and pitchforks outside HQ and a bonfire with JFH's effigy on top. It will be hard for the board to stand by him in that event, but even if that happens - and I think it's almost bloody inevitable, isn't it - our now ritual humiliation by the fools - he still needs till December. I think that's reasonable.
I get the Yeni bereavement thing, of course I do but the question has to be asked why was he picked against Newcastle?

As much as we do not want to change all the time and I agree with that point but come December his contract is up for renewal and there is absolutely no way he can have it extended. The big question is this how long can this club be in the division we are in before these owners decide enough is enough. For the clubs sake we need a manager to get the team and the fans going and unfortunately it is not JFH.

Defeat at home to the Brummies and away at Burton and the obligatory spanking at Fulham should have him gone no turn round , just wish it was sooner hope the DOF goes with him

I don't think we can wait until December as we need to have a new manager in place by then. Especially with the January transfer period coming up.

I'd give him the season, purely for the sake of stability at the club.

If any of the below happen I would sack both him and Les. LF because it would prove both his appointments had failed.

                  1) Relegation
                  2) Anything lower than last season's position
                  3) No noticeable improvement in form and style of play compared to last season

It was said on the Pod last night, but look at it like this... A year on, have we improved...

Plain and simply, no. We've and we're treading water.

Season. Got an average squad that should finish higher than last season once we get a consistent starting XI with the new players bedded in (Sylla, N'Gbakoto and the 2 Poles)

Part of me understands why people are happy to give him the full season - we won't get relegated as there are some poor teams in the league. However he has shown no flexibility with his formations, isn't willing to try new ideas or attempt any creative substitutions. He is a young and inexperienced manager, if he was showing the fans that he was trying new things then I would be happy to give him more time as he would be learning the skills of being a manager.
Instead there is only one approach to every match (no matter if you are home or away, they are top or bottom) and even after a heavy loss (Newcastle) he thinks that there were no other ways to approach the game and so isn't learning anything. What he needs is an old experienced manager whispering in his ears, forcing Jimmy to leave his comfort zone try new ideas, and sometimes suggesting greater flexibility. When Ramsey was here and he tried to do this, it put him under more pressure as a replacement was seen as hovering, so Jimmy won't do this. However losing isn't the worst thing if he learns something from the loss. Then going forward he can prevent these in future. When we get battered and he learns nothing, this is deeply frustrating and why I don't feel any amount of time will lead to him becoming a good manager

When we appointed him i really thought this was the man, we had gone for a young manager who gets reults and is respected in football and can build our club for the future.
I didn't look at the colour of his skin (and still dont) and i know we are going through a wobble of two defeats to the top two in the division (one of them an embarrasing hammering) and that really has sent people over the edge who never ever wanted this manager in the first place.
I have massive doubts of course i do, cos 90% of managers get it wrong and get sacked, so its such massive odds he will go the same way, but we cant keep sacking managers every time we lose a couple of games, and i say keep him as kong as we are not in a relegation battle as i want to believe the clueless clown will start getting more clues.
I voted december but thats only if we are anywhere near a relegation battle, if not then the whole season.

Can we really risk getting relegated? On the contrary; I see what mean by stability at the club. But if he insists on playing players out of position then heŽll have to go ASAP, in my opinion.

This..... you cannot keep giving time to him, in the hope that his tactics will come good. If his methods aitnt working, he needs to change them, and if he will not or can't then he has to be whizzed up the job centre.

I honestly think that we'd back him far more, if it looked like he was learning, but the same old tactics repeated, and getting the same poor results will bring about his demise.
