How long should we give Jimmy to turn things around?
For me you have to give him a season, we (the fans) are too trigger happy when results don't go the way we want. I just don't see the sacking of yet another manager as the answer, we've done that too many times. We all called for a younger, keen, hungry manager, we got one and things haven't worked out so far, do we keep replacing them until it works or do we just give one of them time?
What is the QPR way? Is it, the 67 cup winners and promotion way, the glorious 75/76 way, the early 80's with TV, the early nineties under GF, the later 90's, the 2000's or the 2010/11 champions way? All very different but reflective of the times and players we had.
Correct - play comes from the players and manager you have at the time.
Personally, at Loftus Road I just want to see us play like a home side and score more goals than the opposition. Get more performances from players like against Leeds and that'll do me. Problem is since then, too many have had a bad game at the same time.
Good point but despite that I am convinced a potential Ferguson would be sacked by United themselves in the current environment. Look at what is happening up there now. It was generally agreed they had had a wonderful transfer window (not by me I hasten to add as the price paid for Pogba was obscene) but after three straight losses Mourinho is allready under pressure. Enjoyable though that is to see, it is indicative of the short term view prevalent.
True - modern football patience is about as long as John Wayne Bobbitt's plonker!
Pogba though....Juventus must be killing themselves laughing.

Interesting point, but I think its simpler to ask what ISN'T our way. I think we all know the answer to that one.
I voted for no time at all because 1-2 games was not an option. He doesn't deserve more than that, as he has had plenty of time to get players pldoesn'a better and more fluent game than they are right now.
His approach to a game seems wrong and it doesn't look as if the players are motivated by him.
QPR are 16th and have only really played one top side so far; Newcastle and perhaps Huddersfield (although I don't expect them to stay up there). The rest of them will be mid table or lower half.
