Based on what happened last season with Neil Warnock being spotted in the stands and then quickly being appointed as advisor I think the wheels are already in motion to replace JFH, despite Les Ferdinand denying all rumors. Fact is Tony Pulis has the necessary experience and surprise surprise was with Les Ferdinand at Loftus Road against Newcastle. What reason would he have come to a QPR game other than a potential job offer to turn things around?

It all smells of last season and the way Chris Ramsey went. I suspect JFH has about 2 weeks max. The only difference this season is someone at QPR (Tony Fernandes?) has moved quicker. Lets not forget JFH is on a one year rolling contract. Why because he was a long shot in the first place and had no experience in the Championship (and probably quite cheap too).

    2 Weeks max...

The longer we give him, the deeper each game we fall deeper in the sh!t! Something needs to be done NOW! He is simply so stubborn, set in his ways, clueless and inept with tactical change that you just know he will set up tomorrow night (admittedly against Premier league opposition, who are struggling as we are) in a defensive, do not lose the game first and foremost...NOT set up to win! So I can see Henry in the CMF position again, no Sandro, wingers on their respective negative wing positions, and 1 up front! Probably Washington, and we will play nothing but hoofball to him after a few square and back passes between the back 4 and Kalvin! Absolutely dross! HE MUST BE SACKED THE SOONER RATHER THAN LATER, or we could be in a relegation fight very soon!
...... I think if you re-read what I've said ...... I'm in agreement - BUT, if he is willing to change things, AND there is an improvement, then it is sensible to provide more time. If he carries on as he is, with stubborn attitude and woeful formations/ tactics etc, then heave ho soonest.

Apparently he will have to make changes on Wednesday, because according to Dave Mc, Chery is injured.

Id get shot now and beg Warnock to come in until the end of the season.

Add a striker and I think we have a squad capable of pushing for a play off spot.

Now wont change losing 6-0 at home to Newcastle so why wait.

He is so stubborn what makes anyone think he will change. He wont be sacked now though because
he is a protected species By Mr Ferdinand and i think things will have to get a hell of a lot worse
                  before any change occurs

I put this season as I don't really see the point in changing mid season. Would have to be a miracle worker to do much better!

Hardly have to be a miracle worker to do better than Hasslebank. All u need to do is play a different formation and let the players have some freedom instead of this boring rigid style n u will then see an improvement

Whilst i'd sack him end of the month if things don't turn round, I think we need a large majority ie. 80% of the fan base to want him gone. I want the fans behind the decision and behind the new guy so we can start afresh on the right footing.

Maybe the fans should chose the new manager and then we couldn't complain if it didn't work out.
